They open their gift
They add their own birth details, and it's made and emailed to them. For a couple print, they add both people's details.

Giving a printed or framed print: at checkout, enter the address it should be posted to, theirs or yours. If you know their birth details, fill them in yourself after paying, check the print, and it is posted straight away. If you don't, give them the gift card or email: they add their details and check their print, and it is posted to the address you entered. For a gift on the day, the gift card is the present and the print follows in about a week.

For a baby shower: choose New baby above, then give the printable card. The parents scan it once the baby arrives, add the birth details, and the print is ready in minutes. It doesn't expire. Prefer to fill it in yourself? You can enter their details instead. For a 2027 reading, there's a 2027 gift card.

Good to know

Can I give it at a baby shower, before the baby is born?

Yes. Choose New baby, tap Buy as a gift, and make the printable gift card. It has a code and QR code the parents use once the baby arrives: they add the birth details and the print is ready in minutes. The code doesn't expire.

What if I don't know the birth time?

You still get every planet for that day. The print then says houses are not shown, rather than guessing them.

Can I have it printed or framed?

Yes. Choose A4 or A3, unframed or framed in black, white or natural wood, and we post it to you in Australia, New Zealand, the US or Canada, postage included. It is printed on thick matte paper. After you add the birth details you see your print and choose the colour, and it only goes to the printer once you confirm it. You get the digital files too. Australian orders arrive in 4 to 9 business days (9 to 12 for an A3 frame in white or natural wood), and we email you the tracking link.

Do you post outside Australia?

Yes, to New Zealand, the US and Canada, postage included: usually 2 to 10 business days. Prices are in Australian dollars and your card converts them. Somewhere else? Choose Digital and print it locally: the files are ready for any print shop.

Who is it good for?

Birthdays and milestone birthdays, a partner, an anniversary or wedding (couple print), a new baby or christening (new baby print), a new home, or yourself.

Will the colours match my screen?

Colours can look slightly different on screen and on paper, depending on the printer and paper.

Refunds

Each item is made for you, so it isn't a change of mind purchase once it has been made or downloaded. If a printed print arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint it. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right. See the refund and delivery policy.
