Good to know
Why does it need a birth time?
The lines move about 100 km for every 4 minutes of birth time. A time to the minute gives the sharpest map. A time within about half an hour still works: the reading treats places as broad regions and says so. A rough time like "morning" is too broad to map. Australian birth certificates don't show the time, so the best sources are a parent, your baby health book or the hospital where you were born. You can buy now and add your details whenever you've found it. If you can't find it, message us and we'll swap it for the Birthday Year Ahead or a birth chart print.
Is it only about one area of life?
No. You choose a focus (career, love, home, holidays or growth) and get your best places for it in detail. The reading also gives your best places for every other area, a fuller look at where you live now, your birthplace, and places you are considering.
Should I move somewhere because of my map?
Astrocartography describes tendencies, not events. Use it for reflection and travel inspiration, not as the only reason for a big decision.
Can I print the map?
Yes. It comes as an A3 PDF and a high resolution image, to print at home or at any print shop.
How is my most compatible place chosen?
From about 160 well known cities around the world, it is the one where your supportive lines run closest and strongest across love, work, home, holidays and growth, all counted equally. So the same birth details always give the same place, whichever focus you choose. It is calculated, not picked by hand, and it is a place to visit or feel the pull of, not a reason on its own to move.
How is my best holiday destination chosen?
From the same cities, it is the one where your lines for rest, fun and recharging run strongest, at least 600 km from your most compatible place, so you always get two different places. Both come with a card you can share.
Can I ask questions about my reading?
Yes. Every reading has an Ask your reading button with 20 questions included, answered only from your own reading. Questions are checked and filtered, so medical, legal, money and self harm questions are not answered there. Want to keep going? You can add 20 more for $5 from inside your reading. The chat shows on the sample readings, but questions are turned off there.
How is it made?
Every line and distance is calculated first from your birth details, and the writing only describes what the map shows. It is written with the help of AI, following the Amber Codex method.
